She's also a certified health coach and a certified green realtor — someone who understands not just what makes a home sell, but what makes a home livable. When a prospective buyer walks through a Sunworth home and asks about the materials, the air quality standards, or the wellness intent behind the design, Julie is the one who can answer every question.

Val Bahia is our biophilic design specialist. She brings a deep, science-based understanding of how nature patterns affect the human body — how much is too much, how little goes unnoticed, and where that balance creates the sense of calm that makes a room feel right. Every nature fractal, texture, and material ratio in our homes has been considered through that lens.

Mike Morrissey is the architectural mind behind our exterior design and site positioning. His work spans major master-planned communities across the country, and he has an extensive background in historic design principles, natural light, and the art of saving trees while building livable environments around them. He designed our founder's own home, and his fingerprints are all over what makes a Sunworth elevation look like it belongs where it's built.
